Our Uxbridge Family Hub brings together a number of different services for families of children and young people aged 0 to 19-years-old (up to the 25 for those with special educational needs).

- Hillingdon Youth Offer targeted team - for 8 to 24-year-olds who live, learn or earn in Hillingdon and may benefit from additional targeted support
- Children's centre services
- Health visiting
- Midwifery
- Multi-agency psychological support team
- P3 (advice and support around benefits, money and finances, housing and mental health issues)
- Start for Life services
- Supervised contact team
- Youth justice service
