If you want to hire the Great Barn for your wedding, you can provisionally book it for your ceremony before giving your notice to marry.
There are 2 session times available for wedding ceremonies, Monday to Sunday:

We operate a booking period from April to March, so bookings for summer 2024, for example, will be open from April 2023.
If the Great Barn is available on the date you are looking for, we will take a note of your details and hold it for you for a maximum of 10 working days. After this time, you will be required to pay the booking deposit to secure your chosen date.

Once your booking has been confirmed, it is not possible to change the date and you will lose your security deposit. To change the date, a new security deposit would be requested.
Cancellations made with less than 3 months to the first date of the hire will be required to pay 50% of the total hire cost, under the rate applicable at the time.
Cancellations made with less than 6 weeks will be required to pay the full hire cost.
We have a number of layouts available to you to ensure the right seating plan for your ceremony.
Please consider the layout for your guests carefully. If the maximum capacity has been reached, guests could be refused entry for safety reasons.
