West London Waste Plan
The West London Waste Plan (WLWP) plans for all waste in the plan area up to 2031.
The 6 West London Waste Authority boroughs (Brent, Ealing, Harrow, Hillingdon, Hounslow and Richmond upon Thames) and the Old Oak and Park Royal Development Corporation have formally adopted the West London Waste Plan as part of the Local Plan for their areas.
The Plan sets out a strategy and policies for the sustainable management of all waste produced within the Plan area for the period up to 2031.
