Procurement

Our procurement team ensures best value for the council, and that the most economically-advantageous tender guidelines for all procurement processes are followed.

Proactis Rego

We manage our tendering process through Proactis Rego.

Our tenders are carried out electronically via Proactis Rego, which is an online tendering system that provides a central source of information for all our council's tenders.

Registering is quick and simple, and we would recommend that companies register for free via the Proactis Supplier Network portal environment.

Register or log in to Proactis

Please note: There is no charge for registering an account on the portal environment.

There are user guides and a help desk to assist you with the registration process and throughout the time that you are active on the portal.

Other local authorities in London also issue tenders using this portal, so if there are no suitable tenders with us you may find a relevant tender with them.

We also use:

  • approved council contractors for low value works
  • framework agreements awarded by other public bodies

If you have any questions about our procurement process, email procurement@hillingdon.gov.uk.
