Policy statement
Hillingdon council is committed to encouraging equality, diversity and inclusion among its workforce, and eliminating unlawful discrimination.
This means that all employees, job applicants and others who work for us will be treated fairly. The aim is for our workforce to be representative of all sections of society and Hillingdon residents, and for each employee to feel respected, able to give their best, and be themselves at work.

- be a member of the Defence Employer Recognition Scheme to support and encourage defence and the armed forces community into the workplace.
