Suicide awareness and prevention
Take the Zero Suicide Alliance's free training and learn how to support someone in distress.
You will gain the skills and confidence to help someone who may be considering suicide. You'll learn:
- how to spot suicide warning signs
- how to have a conversation with someone you're worried about
- where to signpost to for further support
- suicide is preventable.

You can access free, safe and anonymous support through an online mental health community provided by qualified practitioners.
This service offer no waiting lists and can be accessed from any internet connected device, no downloads necessary.

Young Adult Community Navigation
Community Navigators work with young adults to offer an individually tailored service to meet their needs, offering help with wellbeing, benefits, housing, employment, education and access to local services.
This service is provided by local voluntary, community and social enterprise organisations in partnership with Central and North West London NHS Trust.

A range of talking therapies for people who feel anxious, worried, down, and depressed. The service is offered in different ways, including:
- a self-help workbook with the support of a therapist
- an online course
- one-to-one in person, over the phone or through video consultation
- in a group

The Coves
A community drop-in service provided by Hestia, in partnership with the NHS, to offer friendly support to those experiencing crisis or mental health distress. Providing help and support with immediate anxiety, mental health and to reduce the likelihood of recurring mental health crisis.

- peer support
- chill out space
- hot drinks and snacks
- group sessions
