Flu vaccination

During winter, it's important to have your flu vaccination to help protect you and those around you from serious illness.

You can book a free flu vaccine if you:

  • are aged 65-years-old or over
  • are a social care worker, carer or healthcare staff
  • are pregnant
  • are aged 6 months to 64-years-old with clinical risks
  • are immunosupressed
  • have close contact with someone who is immunosupressed
  • are a child aged 2 to 16-years-old to

If you're not eligible for the NHS flu vaccine but still want to protect yourself against flu, many pharmacies provide a bookable flu vaccine service.

Uxbridge library flu and covid vaccinations

Free flu and covid vaccinations available at Uxbridge Library on Friday 29 November between 10am to 4pm.

These vaccinations are available to those who:

  • are aged 65-years-old or over
  • are a social care worker, carer or healthcare staff
  • are aged 18 to 64-years-old an in a clinical risk group
