Dial-a-Ride
Dial-a-Ride is run by TfL and is for those with a permanent or long-term disability which means they're unable to use public transport. You must be a member to use the scheme.

Hillingdon Community Transport
Hillingdon Community Transport Ltd. is a voluntary organisation and registered charity, part funded by Hillingdon Council. Its aim is to provide a fully accessible, affordable minibus service to disabled individuals, voluntary groups and eligible organisations. You must become a member to use this service.

Railcards
Railcards offer discounted train fares. If you have a disability that makes travelling by train difficult, you may qualify for a Disabled Persons Railcard. There's also a Senior Railcard available for those aged 60 and above.
