David Brough cycle trail
Created in appreciation of David's dedication and service to Hillingdon, this route in Bayhurst Wood is approximately 2 kilometres long and suitable for all terrain bikes and all abilities.
Look out for local wildlife - birds, butterflies, mammals, trees and flowers - along the way.

Minet cycle track
Hillingdon cycle circuit (opens new window) is a purpose-built track of full road width and just under 1 mile long. It is located in Minet Country Park and accessed via Springfield Road, Hayes (next to Guru Nanak School).
Numerous cycle racing events take place at the circuit throughout the year, including National Championships.
Lake Farm BMX
This BMX track in Lake Farm is open to the public to use for free (except during club events).
Beginners are encouraged to come along to organised events by the Hayes BMX club (opens new window), where club bikes and safety gear can be provided (subject to availability), together with expert guidance to get you started.
Free localised cycling circuits
These purpose built-tracks are for novice cyclists, especially very young children, to learn in a safe environment.
