Housing Buy-back Scheme
The council is exploring innovative ways to increase its housing provision and enable residents to find a good home in Hillingdon.
The offer is open to homeowners, landlords and family members of property owners in the borough.
Those properties may have become vacant due to the owner passing away, in which case the council would offer to buy the property outright.
In some instances a home may become unoccupied in the longer term, for whatever reason. In such cases the council will offer a competitive leasing agreement, with the home being returned afterwards.
