      We have launched a new My Account, where you can view and check the status of reports and requests in one place, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Registration is quick and easy. Simply enter your email address and follow the instructions to verify your account and set up a password.
      
      If you've used our previous online self service, you will still need to register for a new My Account to manage new reports and requests. If you have an account, then items such as name and address are all pre-filled for you. You are also able to save forms and return to them later. It's not necessary but saves effort every time you use our site.
      
      Register for an account to save yourself time, save forms in progress and keep track of your requests - or log in if you already have a My Account.
3. Start request
  1. This page is for domestic collections only.
    
    You can amend your collection up to 12pm the day before your collection. If you do not let us know in time and payment has already been received, no refund can be given.
    The items must be left at the boundary of the property by 6:00am on the day of collection, accessible and are at ground floor level only.
    If your items have not been presented at the time of collection you will be charged to rebook your collection
    We cannot retrieve items from inside the property
