Accessible cycling hub

The cycles will be available to students from special schools in the borough and local organisations that work to improve residents' mobility and wellbeing, particularly people living with dementia and their carers, and adults and young people with disabilities.  

We are confident that the accessible cycling hub will overcome the barriers with cycling as an activity for people with assisted care conditions.
