Make Things Right
The 'Make Things Right' campaign aims to ensure more social housing residents who need support know how to make a complaint.
Everyone deserves a home that is safe, secure and well maintained, and anything less is unacceptable. If you have reported an issue and it hasn't been fixed, it's now easier to make things right.
The campaign sets out the steps of the complaints process that you can take if you're unhappy with your social housing provider.

Dealing with complaints
The new Housing Ombudsman's Complaint Handling Code was published in July 2020 and sets out a good practice guide to assist and allow landlords to respond to complaints effectively and fairly and be more accountable to residents, the Ombudsman and the Regulator.
We've carried out a self-assessment against the code, showing how we comply with it.
