I need someone to help me
If you are having difficulties with activities of daily living, you may benefit from home care.
What is home care?
Home care is a service available to assist with daily activities like washing, dressing, toileting, eating and drinking.
After your needs assessment, if you are eligible for support and assistance from us, you could choose to use your personal budget or a direct payment to purchase home care.
Use our social care directory (opens new window) to see what services are available in your area.
How do I access home care?
We can arrange home care for you, but for greater choice and control, you could choose to purchase your own home care. Alternatively you can arrange private home care directly from a home care agency.
Home care is just one option. For example, you may prefer to use your personal budget to employ your own personal assistant if this would meet your assessed needs and outcomes.
